Convert A3 to A4 in PDF

to
i want to convert a PDF document from a A3 size(portrait), 2 pages long to
an A4 size(landscape) 4 pages long. Is it possible.

is there any sofware that can do this or at least print it out for me on 4
sheets of A4.

if I understand this you are having two A4 pages on one A3 page ? you
can copy the page in the thumbnail mode (PC: press Ctrl and use drag &
drop, Mac use ALT and drag & drop) and then crop the pages (press CTRL-T
or Apple-T) so you have tho top part of the page on your first page and
the bottom half on the second one.
