Calling all Interleaf user groups

I'd like to add a list of Interleaf user groups to the FAQ List. If you're a
member of one, please take a minute to send me a note with the following information:

- Name of user group
- Region served
- Contact information (postal address, email, phone)
- Date, time, location of regular meetings
- Title and subscription info for newsletter (if any
- Brief description of group: size, activities, special focus

Also, can anyone provide a short explanation of how to start a user group if there
isn't one in your area? Thanks.
