Selecting the first title element in a document

I’m using Frame XML to create a book from ditamaps, and I’m very new
at it. I’d like the first title element in a ditamap (could be in a
concept or task or whatever) to be formatted differently from
subsequent titles, so it could function as the chapter title. Is there
a way to do this in the EDD?

I see that there’s a {first} sibling indicator, but I don’t know how
to specify the *title* of the first concept. Specifying the first
title itself just means the first title in the concept, so that
doesn’t make sense. Thanks for any help you can provide.
