The Medley Interlisp Project published the 2023 annual report which
highlights the major achievements and ongoing efforts over the year:

In 2023 the project lowered the barriers to entry to the Medley system,
enhanced its tools, closed a variety of issues, engaged with the Lisp
and Software Preservation communities, redesiged the project site,
presented talks at events, and more.

The Medley Interlisp project aims to allow Medley to “live again” by
preserving, reviving, and making the system usable on modern platforms.

Created at Xerox's Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), and actively
developed until the 1990s, Medley Interlisp is an extensible graphical
operating system and Lisp software development environment. The
Interlisp environment, which pioneered a number of advanced programming
tools and technologies, was the system software of Xerox Lisp Machines.

The Medley Interlisp project team comprises some of the original
developers and users of Interlisp decades ago, joined by newcomers
interested in software history and preservation, along with members of
the Lisp community. More information is available at the project site:

I'm a member of the Medley Interlisp Project, so if you have any
questions feel free to ask.

Hey, Paolo! How cool that you're involved with Interlisp. Can I take
the opportunity and ask you about the NNTP server at aioe.org? I heard
that it went through a hardware crash? (Did you not have a backup or
you just gave up on the project from that point on?) All the best on
the Interlisp project. I will surely stay tuned.
