Twiddler2 Alternative Keyboard Layouts?

The wear-hard maillist seems to be down right now, so I thought I'd see
if anyone is out there on this newsgroup.

I find it pretty much impossible to press SHIFT+INS using the default
layout, so I started investigating alternative layouts. (What's ironic
to me is the Twiddler2 Windows 98 download utility uses SHIFT+INS to
paste text rather than the CTRL+V used by most Windows applications).

I came across several, listed below--did I miss any?

Any polls done to see which ones are used by more users?

Of course there is the default map, and adding your own macros, such as
Thad Starner uses, but I don't find anywhere he's published those
