I find it pretty much impossible to press SHIFT+INS using the default
layout, so I started investigating alternative layouts. (What's ironic
to me is the Twiddler2 Windows 98 download utility uses SHIFT+INS to
paste text rather than the CTRL+V used by most Windows applications).
I came across several, listed below--did I miss any?
Any polls done to see which ones are used by more users?
