My new-to-me Alphastation 400 4/233 came without any manuals. I've been
told that the Alpha is set to boot WinNT which can be jumpered to boot
OpenVMS.

It seems the hardware jumper information is incorrect. I was able to
switch to the OpenVMS boot consol.
