MR-to-Multinet DCF utility build problem

I am trying to complete the Multinet v4.4 SMTP/Message Router configuration
but am puzzled as to how I am supposed to successfully build the DCF utility
since I am running MRGATE V3.5 and do not have older savesets. I need to
convert WPS or DX messages to ASCII.

"Note! You must use the A save set from MRGATE V3.1 or V3.2 to build DCF.
Versions V3.3 and later do not contain the object files needed to link to
DCF. If you upgrade to MRGATE V3.3, save your V3.1 or V3.2 distribution
