VAX DCL to Perl help

Greetings.

I am currently trying to help my company convert over from VAX DCL to Perl. I
was wondering if anyone knows of any tools that do direct conversion from DCL
to Perl, or a library that allows DCL calls to be made in Perl, or perhaps a
FAQ to help some of my colleagues with this issue? Keep in mind, we are
looking for a solution on NT. Any help would be appreciated, I am looking
everywhere and getting no luck, and I have a presentation in a few weeks on
this.
