Yes, there are several programs out there. I do not know of any that use
SYNC mode that don't require a special board in the pc or lan server.

There are several for use in async mode that will use the PC async port, and
will act like a UTS type terminal over dialin lines.

Another method would be to connect as TCP/IP via ethernet directly to an
host lan controller, or ethernet adapter in the DCP.

Your best source for sync coms is with a company called KM Systems in
Atlanta, or Attachmate, as they both have PC emulators for the UNISCOPE
protocals.

Best of Luck

Is there any program (commercial or shareware) on P.C. to emulate a
UNISYS terminal: SVT1120 or UTS20-40-60. It is for connect on a DCP-15
in synchronous mode via a multiplex board.

Thanks

Several years back I used a B26 with a UTS emulator in sync mode. Didn't
take any extra hardware other than a funny adaptor plug to convert from
the standard UTS cable connections to more traditional RS-232 pinouts.

Only drawback was that the emulator was the only thing I've ever seen
slower than a Burroughs MT850 terminal!
