I'm in cleanup mode and found this manual which I don't need anymore:

It's perfect for beginners, provides easy jump start into good MASM programming. Personally I also found it very useful to read as a long time MASM programmer.
I bought it about 7 or 8 years ago and made a working copy of it, so this original is just as brand new, same shape as I received it. Price back then was about 70 USD.
To my knowledge this book is not being sold anymore.
