I've uploaded a new PC Transputer Emulator Version 5.2.
The new version can be found on my website:
http://sites.google.com/site/transputeremulator/
The new files (Emulator Files Builds) are attached at the bottom of
the installation Instructions page. See what's happening (on my
website) for fixes and additions in version 5.2.
Please also note that the source code is now available for viewing.
