Hi Guillaume.
Two short corrections:
The AVM Card is an active ISDN Controller and not Ethernet!
T400 and T425 has the SAME instruction set.

The key differences are:
2k internal RAM vs 4k internal RAM
2 Links vs 4 Links
20MHz only (I never seen 25/30MHz T400) vs 20/25/30MHz
