Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion! I could only find the floppy disk version
there, so it looks like I might have to get a floppy drive. Any other
stores worth checking?
Not off the top of my head... They used to have them. Sure there are plenty
of unused cassettes around. One nice thing about Tunnels of Doom was that it
was easy to move from cassette to disk, unlike the Adventure module. TOD
stored the entire game on cassette or disk, whereas the Adventure module
stored just the game state, so if you moved to a disk system, you still had
to load the game itself from cassette.
Where are you located? Let me know and I will pass your info on to the TI
groups on Yahoo.
Many moons ago, there were .wavs of Tunnels of Doom games out on the
net. Not sure if they are still floating about there, but it's worth a
try.

I'm in New Jersey. I'd greatly appreciate if you could pass my info,
I'm trying to find it in time for Christmas. Even if I don't have it
in time for then, I'd still be interested in one. Thanks for your
help!
That .wav sounds interesting too, I'll see if I can find it....
Ok, passed your info along. Hopefully someone will be contacting you. If I
only knew where I stowed all my TI cassette tapes, I'd probably send you the
whole package. I think I have a spare TOD cartridge...
Thanks for all your help! I'll keep an eye out for any responses...
Thanks for your help, I was able to find a new-in-box Tunnels of Doom
cartridge and cassette! It's going to be a very good christmas for my
brother, Tunnels of Doom was one of the first games he ever got into
way back in the day. He's going to be so surprised! Thanks again!
Trevor
Good! Sorry no one came through for you, I had one person who was looking
for a cable and was going to create a copy of the tape for you.
BTW: There were several other games released for this cartridge. The
cartridge was designed to load a database from cassette or disk containing
the actual games. More were to be released by TI, but never were. But
several folk came up with additional games and a Tunnels of Doom editor
which allowed many more to be created.
