We have received a large number of complaints regarding one of our
former customers flooding various newsgroups with "MI5 Persecution"
posts. We have removed this customer from our active database and he
will no longer be allowed to use our servers.

We appreciate your role in helping us to locate this user.

Sure, when news providers quit looking just at the money offered and
start looking to see if this is some idiot they kicked off their
service previously BEFORE they let them back on. If they did this
basic check, eventually these idiots would run out of payment methods.

Today these posts are coming from Altopia whom he has been kicked off
of previously, so direct complaints there.

I just forward each message to his current provider. What else can one do?
The prick mangles the subject so a filter won't stop him/her/it.

I am use to just delete this spam.
But will it help if I return this spam to his provider?
Will it cost him bandwidth with his provider?
Will his provider charge him for the bandwidth and then ban him there?

Can't hurt to do it!

It begs me to ask the question, what the heck is his point? I actually
skimmed through a few of them (after ignoring 20+ in each of the whole 5
NG's I keep up with), and there doesn't appear to be any point other than to
be obnoxious and stupid...

Perhaps hunting them down like dogs and stringing them up by their toenails
in a public display would help? ;-)

I don't know the crux of his problem - maybe a kind of >MI5<
persecution complex. He is an aged restless internet (in pre-internet
times also) spammer phenomenon who does his 'mission' over 10 jears
already. First of all with his postings and also with his confused
website http://www.five.org.uk/ he is more and more contaminating the
normal rest of the world. In any case - he belongs to the drawbacks of
the internet.

Something to read about him:
From the BBC website (created: 16th September 1999):
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/A164404

Utterly Endless Nonsense of MI5 Persecution:
http://groups.google.to/group/rec.arts.books/msg/cd3088c4a0ac8865

When will there be an end?
Some people in usenet comments wishing him an early death ...

Wow...what a nutjob... Perhaps he does need to be persecuted and locked
away to put us out of his misery!
