I was just curious if anyone else out there is using Vicorp's (Precision
Systems')
BETEX-Enhanced Services Platform for Developing & running Interactive Voice
Response applications on the Tandem.
Except for the employees of Vicorp, and my current client (Bell Canada), I
don't know anyone else who are using Betex.
Anyone?

I used it at a previous employer for a homebanking vru and email environment. I
was not impressed at all with the product or the level of vendor support. I took
alot of code fixes to get it work. The quality of the user interface utility had
a lot to bet desired. It never started up right. It was a programers product.
Meaning only a programer or tech support person could ever get it to startup.
The operators dreaded bringing it up or down.

(ABNAMRO, Deutsche Bank, ...) and retail companies (Finland Post, Kesko,
Pripps, ...). Many of these customers are large to very large companies and
use Betex-ESP as one of their core delivery platforms handling their main
business.
Vicorp is a company of more than 200 people with several offices in USA,
Europe and Asia. All Vicorp offices offer local 24/24 support, training and
project development support.
