You can search the NonStop Technical Library using keywords like:
+nonstop +COBOL85 +PARAM
this will bring up a list of manuals that are the most relevant to your question.
It is fine to post questions on forums and boards, but you need to cultivate a sense of resourcefulness...you can't just "Google" everything because you will often end up back where you started :)
