Sun Support Providers?

I'm digging around for info/suggestions/recommendations for outside Sun
hardware/software support providers. Anybody have
suggestions/experience with any outside support provider companies (not
Sun)?

Anybody know anything about Terix Computer?

Hmmmmm.

Also, your web site is just about illegible for users of Netscape
on Solaris: all those M$ specific fonts, no doubt.

Third Party Hardware

sunhw.com specializes in Sun hardware maintenance and support from
third party companies. This web site has 27 links to third party
providers. Your quote request for Sun hardware service is emailed
to many of these companies. The URL is:

The third party companies can offer attractive prices. On a volume
contract I have seen prices that are 85% off the SunSpectrum list prices.

One company that I recommend is Northrop Grumman IT (used to be Logicon).
Their prices are competitive, their service is good, and the company has
over 11,000 employees.

Please note that sunhw.com just added a quote request web page for Sun
used equipment. Your quote request is emailed to 36 vendors of used
equipment. If you are looking for Sun hardware or Sun parts please
visit sunhw.com. On the left side you will see the Quotes section.
I do not recommend including your phone number unless you would like
to get a lot of phone calls from vendors across the country.
