Format Fujitsu MAF3364LC for SUN Ultra 30

I have problem to format a SCA2 harddrive for SUN Ultra 30.
The specs for the hard drive from Fujitsu web page is
"http://www.fujitsu-europe.com/home/product.asp?L=en&PID=-716274540&INFO=doc".
Basically size=36.4G disk=10 head=19 track per cylinder=19 cylinder=10200
sector/track=281-420 (14 zones) rpm=10025.
But I can not find any information for acyl, pcyl, bpt, etc, for format.dat.
Any help is greatly appreciated to format this drive.
Does it mean I have to buy an expensive SUN SCA drive?
