Hi everyone,

As I'm planning to get a new old Sun to replace my ELC, I'd like to
ask for some advice.

What I'm looking for is something that has colour, a floppy, and a
printer-interface. Ethernet has to be AUI or UTP.

I'm thinking along the lines of an LX, Classic or IPX. What are the
differences in performance between these? Which ones have floppies/
parallel port and what kind of ehternet do they have?
What's the difference in performance between the various on-board
graphics cards?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards, Paul.

P.s. quotes that match what I'm looking for are welcome, too.

Hi Paul,
The SSLX is the best it has:-
10baseT ethernet
GX+(1152x900)with vsim(1600x1024)
2 serial
parallel port
3.5" floppy
16 bit stereo audio
The LX is faster than the IPX but seems much faster cuz of onboard GX+
