The differences between 1.2 and 1.3 consist mostly of bug fixes,
portability changes, and security enhancements. See the CHANGES file
for all the gory details.
If you are running an older version of sudo I would highly suggest that
you pick up the latest version.
CU sudo 1.3 supports the following architectures:
