What defines the workspace menu?

If I right click on the workspace (Solaris 9, CDE 1.5), I get a 'Workspace
Menu'. I assume somewhere there is a file which lists what is in this menu and
where the files are that are actually run. For example, if I click
'Windows->Restart Workspace Manager', it must run a file somewhere that does
this, but I guess there is some sort of database/file that sets all these things
up.

Can anyone point me to where it is? It if text, I can work it out myself, but if
its a binary file, how does one use it?
