I'm interested in playing around with a Javastation considering they go
for next to nothing.
I'm toying with the idea of running linux on the device to make a nice X
Terminal but was
wondering about the possibility of running a cut down version of Solaris
on the JavaStation,
it is sparc architecture!
I have heard rumour that Sun has/had a stripped down port of Solaris for
the JavaStation but it was only available internal to the company?
Would it be possible to hack Solaris to work on a JavaStation?
