Depends on which memory you're talking about... from what I can find
memory with partnumbers 501-2479 or 501-2480 (16MB and 64MB respectively)
is supported in both systems.
The 32MB one (501-2622) seems not to be supported in an SS10.

I'll assume that's a SS20 you're talking about ;-)
8 memory sockets;
biggest memory module is 64MB so I would assume 512MB
