Urgent: Need height of X7005A ram modules

Can anyone with some *real* original Sun X7005 ram modules (sold as
2x256 Mb DIMMs for Ultra 80 and similar) lying around (P/N 501-4743,
501-6005 or 501-6056) tell me the height from top to bottom please.

I need this information rather quickly, so if anyone does have any of
the above part numbers, could they post them, stating the part number of
the ram they have. I'd like it on all 3 part numbers
