ip-forwarding:
disable: "ndd -set /dev/ip ip_forwarding 0"
enable: don't know, "ndd /dev/ip ip_forwarding" says "2"
source-routing:
don't know, maybe "man ndd" or "ndd /dev/ip \?" helps
