There's a new version out. It's very good. Of course I have an
ulterior reason for promoting it. You'll have to download it to find
out what that is though.

But where can I download... and why SpecEmu not support the joystick?

The above link has the latest version. If SpecEmu doesn't support
joysticks (and I'm not sure that it doesn't -- try going through the
menu options) then it's because SpecEmu includes only what Woody
chooses to include. If you want an emulator with user support there's
always $pectaculator.
