Was just poking around Google's usenet archives, and what should pop up
but the results of the vote to create comp.sys.sinclair, of which I was
apparently in favour.

"NO votes were received from the following people:

I'd only just graduated and started my first job earlier that year... I
moved on nearly 25 years ago, and the Cambridge office has long since
relocated to London, but I have friends who still work there.

I would say "it's not for the lack of trying", but given that I forgot to post about my last two CSSCGC submissions until a day later, I should probably not complain...

...also, I wasn't involved in the vote to create CSS in the first place on the grounds that I'd never even seen the internet until two and a half years (at least) after it had already happened.
