Hi!

For those interested in programming small devices and still
happy in using the IRIX platform, I uploaded two tardist packed
binary distributions of the following packages for IRIX65:

(a) GPutils-0.12.3.tardist: Gnu-PIC tools, containing an assembler
for most of Microchip's PIC processors:
http://www.baigar.de/irix/GPutils-0.12.3.tardist

(b) The free Small-Device-CC capable of compiling C code for the
Z-80, 8051 and some other processors. If you want to generate
PIC code with this, you need (a), too:
http://www.baigar.de/irix/sdcc-2.8.0.tardist

Tested on Indigo2 but without any warranty and for details,
please refer to the home pages of the pagages.

Best regards,

Erik.

Added manuals for the sdcc: http://www.baigar.de/irix/sdccman.pdf
and the simulator ucsim included within the sdcc tardist distribution:
