What are these old licenses (posted inside) for?

Found this while cleaning out my disk. Don't even know what half of
them do. Since the date of the file tells me it's around two years old
I'd figure that there won't be much harm done posting these. I added
in the more recent licenses which were posted here.

one thing you did just give everyone is the c/c++/fortran licenses for
every 7.x version of MIPSpro, including 7.4.

surely many folks here will be happy, minus SGI.

Come on, hobbyist won't ever buy expensive dev kits anyway, and
professional developers won't use illegal warez either. So why bother?

sgi actually gives them away as well, in the Developer Plus program
(iirc). But they throw a five-user license at you, which is too much
for your average hobbyist.
