Apache C++ Standard Library 4.1.3 released

4.1.3 has been released and is available for download from the
project Download page:
http://incubator.apache.org/stdcxx/download.html.
This version of STDCXX has been tested with SGI MIPSpro 7.41 on
IRIX in addition to many other compilers and operating systems and
corresponds to the Rogue Wave C++ Standard Library version 4.1.3
distributed with SourcePro Edition 9:

The STDCXX community is currently seeking volunteers interested in
contributing to the development, porting, and general maintenance

STDCXX is an effort undergoing incubation at the Apache Software
Foundation (ASF), sponsored by the Incubator PMC. Incubation is
required of all newly accepted projects until a further review
indicates that the infrastructure, communications, and decision
making process have stabilized in a manner consistent with other
successful ASF projects. While incubation status is not necessarily
a reflection of the completeness or stability of the code, it does
indicate that the project has yet to be fully endorsed by the ASF.
