Hello,
to "listen" udp packets on the network interface of a ptx system,
without shutting down the network, We put a hub between the interface
and the switch which it is connected to . Then an "ifconfig -a" gave
us nothing else the "lo" interface. a "ping" from an other machine on
the same lan gave us an "host unreachable". After 3 hours, without
doing something, everything returned to normal.
I really would like to have an opinion on this fact.
