OK its an MC218 but

was running Epoc Connect on windoz 98SE and have now upgraded to XP but
cannot load the EPOC Connect software.

anyone know a fix for this or is that me done with regards to backing up my
MC218(s). (with freeware that is)

With Windows XP you need to use PsiWin 2.3.3 which is a free 25 Megabyte
download from:

www.psion.com/downloads/pc/psiwin2/233/english.exe

Also, unless you are installing it into a 'clean' machine that hasn't
previously had a version of PsiWin or EPOC Connect in it, you should run the
PsiWin Registry cleaner before installing 2.3.3. There is a copy of the reg
cleaner on my website at:
