No, Symbian's license for software that they include with the SDK only
allows it to be downloaded from their site. You may be able to get a CD
copy from them for a nominal price, check their site to find out. However
there is also a CD copy distributed with the book "Professional Symbian
Programming" by Martin Tasker, which is *very* worth buying if you're
serious about developing for EPOC.

I registered last week for 2 times and didn't get access to
the download page but when I tried out yesterday
I was successful.
Maybe this is a problem with the Lotus Notes Server configuration
they use
