dbf Error in a psion workabout

Hi, first: sorry my english!

I have a program in oval that work in a psion workabout. It has a flash
where I put the dbf files, but some times the dbf breaks... and I cant
see it, but if I try to copy another one says overwrite?...

So that, my client has to format the flash and he lost all !!

What can I do??
