What to do what to do?

I have three 5MXs that were previously fixed (new cable) by POSltd.
Their most recent cable repairs appear to last on average of 6 months.

That sucks.

However they do offer a good service and replace any busted casing
parts and other broken bits.

And you can pay by credit card.

So here I am with two busted psions. What I want is psionflexi cables
and POSltd's service.

Any ideas anyone?

Have you actually tried asking POS if they'll fit PsionFlexi
cables if you supply them? Or even if they'll source them themselves? I
can't think that they'd have any grounds to refuse, unless they
manufacture flexi's themselves.

Paul here from Psionflexi

I take credit card (via Paypal or Nochex), BACS, cheque, Postal Order and
Cash and have just about every spare part for these machines (see the web
site). I always provide customers with a quote if they want additional
work/repairs. I have just sold and/or repaired my 1400th flexi and so far
have only had 4 returns - 2 through excessive use (100 open/closes per
day!), 1 through dirt/grit/sand/stones etc ingress and the last through
someone fiddling with the flexi after fitting!! It should be noted that
these were all with my V1 flexi. I now fit V2 flexi's as standard (with V3
in the pipeline!)

Why not send me one of your machines and see what my service is like!!

Paul

OK I've carefully considered these useful suggestions.

I'll contact POS and ask them if they'll fit a third party flexi. And
how much will this cost.

But before I do, to avoid double handling, are you willing to send a
flexi to POS direct Wrighty?

Or (even better) do you live anywhere near them?

If so there's an envelope coming soon with a bright shiny 25 pound note
in it (as soon as I can get my hands on one).

Cheers!
