I was quite excited by this announcement, but it doesn't mention GPS,
and looks to be going to be very expensive.

An android application, or series of applications, that provided the
basic Psion 5mx/netbook set would look pretty good even in today's
market. Even better if it could run the 5mx/netbook 3rd party "apps".

I'm still using my netbook every day. The 5mx, which was simply the
same filestore in pocketable from, is in the process of being replaced
by an Android smartphone.
