Sysram1.opx Not Supported

Hello

Anyone can help me to solve this problem when i try to use the Utilities
program this message apears (Sysram1.opx Not Supported). How can fix it, i
try to download other sysram1.opx and subtitute it, but i am not luky.

Have you tried removing the file first, then installing a new version? This
has done it for me in the past many times...
