The pension was converted to annuities a number of years ago. Everyone who had addresses on file received a package with instructions to a) take your pension if age eligible, b) convert to an annuity, c) take a cash payout. If you did nothing you have the default which I believe is an annuity on your name.

Contact PTC (Parametric Technologies) and they can direct you where to go.
If you are talking about the 401K you had then PTC can direct you for that too.

Go to PTC and TransAmerica and make sure they have up-to-date contact info!
