aha inkwriter for the iPad or equivalent

Anyone know of an app for the iPad that has the functionality of aha
inkwriter that was used for penpoint and windows ce?

I want to use it for taking notes. Thanks

I'm afraid that Aha! Inkwriter was purchased by Microsoft and used as
the basis for the Journal software in Windows XP Tablet PC edition.
