Anyone know of a good address book replacement for the one that ships
with the palm OS?

I need the following features:

Replace the existing address book in rom or assign the address book
button to launch the new address book.

10-15 custom fields that I can rename.

The ability to sync with palm desktop , MS Access 2000 or ACT2000

What about using a database app, such as HanDBase? Check palmgear and other
reviews to see how they import to PC database programs.

You can do that with any program. Just go to Preferences | Buttons. I
have reassigned the first button to run DateBk4.

You can't delete any of the shipped programs though, as far as I know.

In my opinion, Action Name is good choice.
