[Tungsten E/Outlook 2002] No option to sync

Hello

I'm trying to sync data from my Tungsten E to Outlook 2002 so I can
then sync data with the BlackBerry 8520 that I recently bought.

HotSync Manager 4.1.0 that comes with Palm Desktop 4.1.4 (the latest
version that officially supports Tungsten E) provides no option to
sync with Outlook.

Since Google returned information on Palm Desktop 6.2, I uninstalled
4.1.4 and gave it a try, but Calendar would not sync with Outlook, so
I went back to 4.1.4.

FWIW, synchronization works fine with Palm Desktop.

So... what is the way to get all the data from a Tungsten E into
Outlook?

1. Write a program!
2. Pay someone to write a program!
3. Copy it by hand!
4. If you are very lucky, you may be able to buy a program.
