I just recently noticed something. It seems to happen in any full screen
editor (at least, any one where the screen scrolls horizontally). To try it
out, go into memo and set the zoom to the large character size. Put 10 or
so characters onto the first line, then go to the second line and put at
least 45 characters on it. Now use the backspace key to delete all the
characters to column 22. Hit backspace one more time and the line the cursor
is on will scroll horizontally, but none of the other lines will. Doing
anything after that will cause the rest of the screen to catch up.

It worked in memo, full screen note, and the cc:mail message entry. I have
ROM 1.04a. Does this happen on all 100lx or the 200lx?

In article <3eg1pe$q...@nyx.cs.du.edu>,

The bug happens on my 200lx ROM 1.01a in memo. Pretty minor bug,
fortunately.

How about the fixed, narrow margin in the notes
field in the database? I can't drop people's
70+ character .sigs into their phonebook note
field because the margin wrap makes them unpleasant.

Is there a way to change the margin width to apply to
the database 'note' field?
