Migration of built-in conduits from Palm m515 to Treo 650?

Hello,

I'm owner of a Plam m515 (US-english OS), now I've bought a Treo 650 (also
US-english OS, Garnet). Further I use Palm Desktop 4.1.4.

Now I want to migrate the built-in Conduits (DateBook, Adresses, ToDos,
MemeoPad) to my new device.

- How do I have to do this?

- I use a 3rd party Software "MemoPlus", what must I take into account at
migrating the Memo Plus DB?
