(HELP!)Field.c, Line: 4307, Invalid size

Dear Palmsters,

I just started (for no apparent reason) getting this error message on my
Palm III...

Field.c, Line: 4307, Invalid size

It only comes up when I'm trying to enter my datebook. I can't get into
it to see what the problem is and I can't find any tech support on line
to search for this error. Being relatively new (90 days or so) to the
Palmpilot world, I'm a little frightened to try much for fear of losing
my data. Any suggestions, solutions, observations or advice? Any good
tech sites for finding this sort of thing out?

Thanks, muchly. Believe it or not, about 2 minutes ago (just before checking
the newsgroup again) I figured out a work around and got it fixed. What had
happened was (somehow) more than one entry had wound up in one field (field
c, I suppose; whatever that means) and it was apparently too large. I went
to the weekly view and grabbed it and drug it back to 1985! (Not much chance
of me needing that date again!) Anyway, crazy as it seems, it worked. I can
now go to today and do not get the error message anymore. I really
appreciate your promptness and am very glad to have the link. I'm sure (if
history is any indicator) it WILL come in handy.
