I have my print server set-up on my file server and I am losing characters in Excel 5.0 and Word 6.0
I'm running Netware 3.12 and VLM. At first I was losing r's just ther letter r in lowercase.
I deleted and reinstalled MS Excel and Word and now I'm losing some letters (random) and 1's in Excel
and assorted punctuation characters in Word.
I'm running a TI Microlaser Plus emulating HPII and have tried HPII, HPII Plus.
Straight text files don't lose anything, just formatted text from Windows.
It loses "spaces" too. When I set-up the server I did not define a default print form or define a printer
as instructed by a peer with more experience. I define NOBANNER and NOFORMFEED in my capture command.
This is how I have it set-up on another system and it works fine.
I checked the laser local and it prints fine.
Any advice anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated.
