Synchronize Newton with Visor?

I have a Visor Platinum (Palm OS 3.5.2) that I would like to synchronize with
my Newton Message Pad 2100 (Newton OS 2.1). Is there a program that I can
use to easily do this?

Perhaps this would help. Sync? No.. but it will let you beam data
between a Newton and a Palm device...
