About to buy a mp120...

I will be buying a MP120 with NOS 2.0 in December. I have a few
basic questions first.
1. In the buyers guide of Pen Computing Magazine I noticed that
internal storage is a PCMCIA memory card. Is this just a 2mb
card that I can replace? I'm probably reading into this the
wrong way. My goal was to buy a PCMCIA modem and a 4mb card.
Is it possible to use them together?

2. When Apple comes out with TCP/IP next year will it be a software
package or will they produce a new ROM?
3. Does Apple still recommend a memory card of no more than 4mb
with NOS 2.0?
