Newton Movie Converter

I have uploaded the second release candidate of the Newton Movie Converter
to the Submission Queue on UNNA (www.unna.org). Once this version is
tested, and the Newton Movie Player web page is back up, I will release a
1.0 version of the program.

Thanks to Brad Tober and Lee Moon for the Movie Player code, and special
thanks to Paul Guyot who went far beyond the call of duty in writing the
audio conversion code.
