RATIONALE: remove comp.sys.net-computer.announce
The last approved message was in June 1999. During its roughly 2
years of activity, the group had a total of less than 20 articles.
Announcements of interest to the Network Computer community may be
made in the unmoderated group comp.sys.net-computer.misc which has
very low traffic.
HISTORY:
The newsgroup comp.sys.net-computer.announce was created in June 1997
as part of a 3-group hierarchy including comp.sys.net-computer.*
(CSNC) hierarchy including CSNC.advocacy, CSNC.announce, and
CSNC.misc.
During its roughly 2 years of activity, less than 20 articles were
approved, and in about 1/2 the months no articles were approved. The
last approval occured in June 1999.
