Getting item file from NCR system

Hello,
I need to get an item file from a customers NCR system. We are
installing IBM ACE in their location soon. The customer will not go
with us unless we can get their item file out of the NCR system and
convert it.

The info I have about their system is:
NCR 2127 with Bass rbx software, version 05.03.08
Does any one have a procedure to export the item file or some
hits or tips on how I could do this?
